They have done a wonderful job in converting our loft, it has given our house a whole new lease of life, and we are absolutely delighted with the result. The workmanship has been excellent throughout, undertaken with first class professionalism and always a friendly and approachable nature, we couldn’t have asked for any more from the team. Wayne is great and has a very good team of guys who are all a pleasure to deal with. Wayne dealt direct with building control and our architect and took all pressure off us. I would totally recommend Addspace for a loft and garage conversion. They worked to a fixed estimate and finished the job to our entire satisfaction within a reasonable timeframe. We are very pleased with the work Addspace Building Ltd have done. Having a two year old we expected a challenge at times but this just wasn't the case. James, Joe and team were great, they shut doors to minimise dust un prompted, offered help when I came in juggling items and my little girl. Great loft conversion done to create a large bedroom and bathroom. Impressed by the quality of the finished work and the speed in which it was completed - roughly 8 weeks which was far quicker than any other builders had quoted, and Addspace Building stuck to their timescale. The project was well managed by Harry who kept us informed of what was going on with the work. Harry and James always turned up early, and worked really hard to keep everything on track. Very polite and tidy. Wayne also very helpful with the initial quote/follow up at the end. Would recommend.

We chose Addspace as we had heard good reviews about their work from the local community, and they also instilled the biggest amount of trust right from the first meeting. They promised us that our team would work on our project only and that`s exactly what happened throughout the entire build. The quality of the work was second to none and they kept us up to date and informed of everything that would happen along the way, allowing us to plan and/or modify anything we needed to. The level of tidiness was excellent and they came in on time with the whole project. Would highly recommend them.

Our second job with Addspace (they did our loft conversion last year) and once again we are really pleased with their work - our new kitchen looks superb. Addspace Building Ltd have built an extension to our house creating a large kitchen/living space with shower room, utility room and study area. The completed project is outstanding. The quality of workmanship from the entire Addspace Building Ltd team has been superb. They were friendly, accommodating, professional and trustworthy.
